HOW TO PROCESS ORDERS ON YOUR STORE AND GET PAID

One of the best things about Vendera is that you’re in full control of your business. Here’s how order processing works — from buyer action to getting paid directly.

📦 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Buyer Visits Your Store
   A customer browses your store and places an order for one or more items.
2. Buyer Notifies You (Optional)
   After placing the order, the buyer is prompted to click a “Notify Vendor” button.
   This sends you a WhatsApp message containing the Track Code of the order and details of the purchase.
3. You Get WhatsApp Notification
   You’ll receive the message immediately if the buyer clicks notify. But even if they skip this step, Vendera still logs the order and shows it in your dashboard.
4. Check Orders on Your Dashboard
   Visit your vendor dashboard and locate the new order. You’ll see the buyer’s details and the full order breakdown, including:
   • Order items
   • Total amount
   • Buyer's name and contact
5. Confirm & Contact Buyer
   Go through the order and confirm it’s correct. Then go back to WhatsApp to:
   • Confirm delivery method
   • Negotiate or confirm delivery fee
   • Receive payment directly from the buyer
